These Business Terms and Conditions apply to purchases in the eshops www.chuanqiprecision.com. The Conditions describe in detail the rights and duties of you and us.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company“, “We“, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Chuan Qi Precision Company Limited, with registered address at Phase 1, Shanghai Tan Garden, Lv Di Cheng, Shunqing District, Nanchong City, Si Chuan Province, China, Zipcode: 637001.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Contract mean a delivered order for purchased Goods.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Chuan Qi Precision, accessible from www.chuanqiprecision.com
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the Company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
The information about the goods and prices as given by us are binding, except in the case of an obvious mistake. The prices are quoted excluding all taxes (such as VAT) and fees. Shipping cost will be included for free shipping goods. Information on the accepted methods of payment (We do not charge any fees depending on the payment method, with the exception of COD):
- Credit card
- Bank transfer
- Popular Digital Wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay
- COD (cash on delivery) – only deliveries in the China (cash is accepted from the customer by the carrier)
Any confirmation of the content of a contract that was concluded in another form than in writing, containing differences from the actually agreed content of the contract, will not be legally effective. The images displayed at our websites correspond to the sold goods, but they may differ in the colour or size of a product, or in another detail which does not affect the product function.
Our warranty is 3 months from the receipt of goods.
Model engine is a real working engine though in a down-scaled form. Its operation and maintenance needs some basic engine knowledges. Incorrect configuration, setting, operation or maintenance is likely to cause mal-function and even damage. Our warranty and return policy will cover those issues caused therefore.
If a customer receives goods they believe is defective or dead on arrival (DOA), please contact us at email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone call +86-186 8867 7394. Many issues are easily resolved with settings or configurations, and sometimes it’s due to incorrect operation.
Appearance damage is not covered by warranty but you can file a return case if it’s
We’ll provide the quote for shipping cost. For free shipping goods, its shipping cost will be included in the price. In the event that the final price of transport is higher than the price determined, you will be contacted to adjust the price difference.
For orders from oversea customers, usually we’ll use express transports like DHL, Fedex, UPS or TNT. They will guarantee a safe, fast and accurate delivery time. But the cost is relatively high. At request, we can also change to mail post service. It’s cheap, slow and unsafe. Using mail post, if goods are lost, we will not take any responsibility and not refund the payment.
We will send out goods from our company in 10 business days from the order confirmation, unless a different shipping time is specified for particular goods. You are obligated to accept and pay for the goods. Goods arrival time depends on the shipping method, it varies from 5 ~ 7 days for express transport, and 15 ~ 30 days or even longer for mail post.
We advise you to check the goods on delivery or as soon as possible. At your request, we will confirm in writing what is the scope and period of our obligations in the case of defective delivery, and how you can exercise his rights.
Return & Refund
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
If you decide to cancel this order and return the goods for a refund, this must happen within 14 days after receipt of the goods. The way of goods acceptance and method of payment are not related with this cancellation.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a written notice. You can send it in email to this address: email@example.com.
You do not have to specify the reason for which you decide to terminate the contract. To facilitate communication, it is good to specify the date of purchase or order number in the notice of termination, or of the sales receipt, bank details and chosen method of sending the goods back. You have to send or hand the goods back to us within a period of 14 days.
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The goods were purchased directly from Chuan Qi Precision and within 14 calendar days of receipt
- The goods are faulty, damaged / broken or stained at receipt. These issues must be reported in 7 days upon delivery
- The goods are delivered incorrectly, such as wrong model, wrong size or color etc
- The goods are in the original packaging and returned with all the received accessories
- The goods are used (or fired for engines) or taken apart
The following goods cannot be eligible for returne and will be sent back to you at your own cost and expense if we receive it:
- The goods are not purchased directly from Chuan Qi Precision
- The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- The goods are used
- The goods exhibit any physical damage
- The goods are returned not in original packaging and incomplete
- Any item or accessory is lost during transport.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we suggest you use an insured and trackable shipping service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
We’ll deduct the shipping cost from the refund incurred when we shipped the goods to you, which also applies to free shipping goods. If, at your request, we assist in clearing the returned goods from customs and local transport, we’ll deduct any incurred cost due to this operation, and if available, produce the cost proofs issued therefore by like couriers, transport agents and customs.
If the goods meet the eligibility terms, we will reimburse you within 14 days from receipt of your returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the contract, and we will not charge any fees for such reimbursement but the financial services provider you used for payment might charge a fee on money refund which is not in our control.
Mutual disputes between you and us will be resolved under China law. China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) will arbitrate in dispute. CIETAC’s verdict will be regarded as final and binding.
